Professionally qualified Medical Doctor, headed a prominent Health Centre and formulated number of initiatives and solutions to enhance 15,000 patients general health and well being.
Over the last 50 yrs, he has gained an outstanding reputation for his unique ability to accurately and quickly diagnosed cause of medical issues.
Naren Naik
Director
Naren is a local Leicester businessman and independent financial advisor.
Known for his philanthropic efforts he founded the charity, the Business Enterprise and Community Group.
Some 20 yrs ago, both Dr Trevedi & Naren Naik learned that in India more rice gets thrown away than eaten, due to not being able to dry rice in timely manner.
This reality became their passion to find solution and improve current methods of drying rice. Their dedication and relentless in pursuing his desire, has resulted in developing Microwave Technology and over the last 15 yrs this has led to the establishment the corporate entity namely, BPC Microwave Technology Ltd.

Carlo Groffils is a Belgian electronic engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur specializing in industrial microwave technology for applications such as heating, drying, pasteurizing, and sterilizing. He discovered the potential of this technology during his time at KU Leuven, which inspired him to start MEAM.
Innovation & Impact:
Carlo holds over 15 patents and has delivered more than 350 industrial microwave projects to both SMEs and multinational companies. His work supports the electrification and decarbonization of energy-intensive industries.
Strategic Partnerships:
In 2022, MEAM entered into a strategic partnership with C-energy (part of the Cordeel Group) to accelerate the implementation of microwave solutions in replacing traditional gas-based heating systems.
